Dassia is located on a distance of 10 kilometeres from Corfu Town at the south-east part of the island. The beach is situated along a pretty stretch of land and has averything to offer to visitors of all ages. Dassia beach can be reached by various side roads leading off from the main road that runs through the resort.
The beach is shallow with no big waves, which make it ideal for children. Visotors can enjoy swimming in the pools of the hotels. There are also many restaurants, bars and tavernas. For a few pounds visitors can get a good course meal and sample quality Greek food.
For those who are seeking entertainment Dassia is not considered the best option for there are no night clubs as such. Only some bars stay open fairly late and there is a bar/disco that stays open until the early hours of the morning. However ipsos can be used as an alternative for those seeking more excitement in entertainment.
